Listing data you submit: product URL or @handle, category, tagline and description. The logo shown is fetched from Google's public favicon service using that domain. All of this is public by design — it is the listing.
Google account: signing in with Google gives us your user ID, email address and profile name. We use them to attach a bid to an account so it can be edited, disputed or removed later. We do not post anything to your Google account and we do not request access to any other Google data.
Approximate country: our CDN tells us the two-letter country code of the request that placed the bid. We store the code, never the IP address, and it powers the country leaderboards.
Payment data: we receive a PayPal order ID, the captured amount and a PayPal payer ID. We never receive or store card numbers; PayPal handles the payment and is an independent controller of that data (see PayPal's own privacy statement).
Server logs: standard request logs kept by our host for security and debugging.
To display the leaderboard, to process your payment, to reconcile disputes and chargebacks, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Legal bases: contract performance and legitimate interest in running and securing the service.
Listing and bid records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Payment processing is performed by PayPal. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
Public listing data stays until you ask for removal. Payment records are retained as long as required for accounting and dispute purposes (typically 7 years), even after a listing is removed.
Access, correction, deletion, objection and portability requests: outbidai@0x0moeen.in. We respond within 30 days. Deletion of a listing does not delete the financial record of the transaction.
Outbid.ai sets no analytics or advertising cookies. PayPal sets its own cookies when its checkout loads on the bid page; that is required for the payment to work.
