Outbid.ai sells paid placement on a public leaderboard. Rank is determined solely by the amount paid. A listing is advertising. It is not an endorsement, review, certification, or statement about the listed company's quality, funding, legality or performance.
Bids are processed by PayPal in USD. A listing is created or updated only after PayPal confirms capture. Minimum bid $5, maximum $10,000 per transaction. The amount credited is the amount PayPal actually captured.
Bids are final and non-refundable, except: (a) where consumer law requires a refund; (b) where a payment was captured but no listing was created; or (c) where a listing is removed by us under section 4 within 24 hours of payment. Refund requests: outbidai@0x0moeen.in with the PayPal transaction ID.
You must have the right to use the name, logo and URL you submit. No illegal content, malware, phishing, adult content, impersonation of another company, or misleading claims. We may remove any listing that breaks these rules, and may keep the bid where the breach is deliberate.
Request removal by emailing outbidai@0x0moeen.in from an address on the listed domain. Removal is not a refund. We may also remove listings following a valid trademark or legal complaint.
We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, conversions, uptime, or any specific rank duration — a rank lasts only until someone outbids it. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your bid.
