1. What Outbid.ai sells
Outbid.ai sells paid placement on a public leaderboard. Rank is determined solely by the amount paid. A listing is advertising. It is not an endorsement, review, certification, or statement about the listed company's quality, funding, legality or performance.
2. Who may be listed
OutbidAI lists AI startups only. A .ai or .io domain is accepted without further checks. Any other domain requires you to confirm, at submission, that the product is an AI startup. A listing submitted on a false confirmation may be removed without refund under section 7.
3. Bids and payment
Bids are processed by PayPal in USD. A listing is created or updated only after PayPal confirms capture. Minimum bid $5, maximum $10,000 per transaction. The amount credited is the amount PayPal actually captured.
4. How each paid bid is allocated
30% of every captured bid is allocated to charitable donation. Where a bid places the listing in the top 10 of the all-time board at the time of capture, a further 35% is allocated to Meta and Google advertising for that product for one month, and 35% is retained by OutbidAI. Outside the top 10, the remaining 70% is retained by OutbidAI. The allocation is calculated per bid and never on a running total: two $100 bids rank as $200 but produce two separate $35 ad allocations, not one $70 allocation. Advertising is bought and run at our discretion; we do not guarantee any impression, click, cost-per-result or placement.
5. Community
Posting requires a listing on the board. Commenting requires no account. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove any post or comment, and may block submissions, without notice or explanation. Comments are not moderated before publication.
6. Refunds
Bids are final and non-refundable, except: (a) where consumer law requires a refund; (b) where a payment was captured but no listing was created; or (c) where a listing is removed by us under section 7 within 24 hours of payment. Refund requests: outbidai@0x0moeen.in with the PayPal transaction ID.
7. Content rules
You must have the right to use the name, logo and URL you submit. No illegal content, malware, phishing, adult content, impersonation of another company, or misleading claims. We may remove any listing that breaks these rules, and may keep the bid where the breach is deliberate.
8. Removal
Request removal by emailing outbidai@0x0moeen.in from an address on the listed domain. Removal is not a refund. We may also remove listings following a valid trademark or legal complaint.
9. No guarantees
We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, conversions, uptime, or any specific rank duration — a rank lasts only until someone outbids it. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your bid.
